Refund policy
At Ridge & Root, we want every order to feel thoughtful, useful, and worth keeping. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Not damaged, washed, or altered
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, personal care products, used wellness items, and gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
